The service was very good The young lady at the register was astute and attentive inaccurate. The restaurant was in decent condition however it was busy. One thing I will say is their burgers have gotten incredibly expensive but the portions have remained relatively the same. If you’re going to eat there be sure you have plenty of money with you.

Rude young man for no reason at all. It was my first time so I needed to look at the menu so he turned his back to me that was the first red next I had questions he act like I offered him for asking if there was a combo meal he snapped at me. I will never come back . I came there about 4:30 pm 6/8/23 the cashier was just impatiently rude he was very short with me, rolling his eyes, not helpful at all, he turned his back to me at the register he had a bad attitude it was my 1 and last time if something not done with him he will make ya’ll business fail. Good customer service is the key to success. I wish I took his name…please look at your to see how he treat your customers

Placed a simple order for little cheeseburger and a bacon little cheeseburger they didn’t get that right. It was simple little cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard and pickles; well the pickles didn’t make to that sandwich. Now on to the little bacon cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, pickles and of course bacon; well the bacon didn’t make it to that sandwich but found out where the pickles went…would you believe it they made it to the little bacon but the bacon didn’t…WTH!! Called the store got no answer after the discovery and a long drive home smh. Want be going back can’t get a simple order right and charged top dollar for substandard service.

I used to really like this place but today did it for me. I ordered 4 burgers and a hotdog. The hot dog, my daughter’s favorite food, went almost completely untouched. She bit into it and said it was tough and tasted like rubber. The “grilled jalapeños” were burnt. Black like in my picture. If you didn’t know any better you would have thought they were olives. My husband’s burger had onions, which I specifically asked NOT to have. My husband is allergic to onions. Thats a huge no-no! Got told tonight to call back tomorrow and speak to the GM. Nope…….im calling a corporate office tomorrow!!

Impressed by the management of this place. Was greeted promptly, provided instructions on where to wait, and was given updates by multiple staffs members. Well run restaurants are hard to find here, so definitely a pleasant surprise. Kudos to the team. Food was good too
