I have never had a bad burger at any five guys location, but yesterday was a different. I ordered a little cheeseburger with mayo,grilled onions, A-1,jalapeños. The burger was cold so the cheese didn’t melt. Definitely not fresh no grilled onions or mayo. The burger was small like some of it was missing The staff is far from friendly. These burgers are far from cheap. If this is the quality of food and service I can expect from Five Guys I will take my business elsewhere.

Came in ready to order, but the young lady at the register was glued to her phone. She never looked up. Said the “F” word and laughed. She had her AirPods in. Several workers saw me standing there and didn’t engage. I left.

One thing I like about this place are the fries. Too hot to eat on the way home. This time they were not too busy. My fries were room temperature at best as soon as I got to the car. Not happy. Burger was okay nice and fresh and hot. But when it cost 18 dollars and only had a small order of fries and the bacon double cheeseburger that’s not good. It will be a while before I try it again. Wanted to return and complain about almost 5 dollars for a small fry and that’s what they serve me. Goodbye

I walked in & the lovely Energetic Brittney & Jackson helped me and my brother ! She was the most kindest person I met in a long time. My experience today was amazing because of her! Should probably have a conversation with the kitchen staff. Not only was the bun soaking wet, but I Ordered a BLT and it came WITHOUT the bacon. Not even sure how that happens.

Always delicious and made to order! No precooked burger patties or twice fried French fries, everything is freshly cooked right when u order it. The only thing I would say that they could improve on would be to season the burgers, but they’re still amazing the way they are!

Very disappointed with this location. Five Guys is one of my go to restaurants. Over the years, I’d say I’ve been to at least 20 different locations and had well over 30 cheeseburgers, and is the only time I’ve ever had a problem with an order.
