Just stop by, cannot believe how hard the prices are in. This place is completely dead at lunchtime no wonder. Been 2 years, I’m not coming back.

Fries were cold and salty tasted like cardboard I order large for almost $8 the portion was not even worth the price either, my burger was missing bacon and bbq. I would understand if they were busy but it wasn’t. Very disappointed.

I don’t know what’s going on with Five Guys these days. This location is the second location to be stiff and stingy on the french fries. I ordered a regular french fry, and they barely filled a SMALL sized cup. I get that we’re in a recession and that inflation is record high, but are these franchise owners really saving that much money by being stingy with the french fries they put into the bag. I really doubt that the french fries are the biggest cost that they need to tighten the belts about. Other than that, the location is okay they got my burger right, but they completely messed up the milkshake I ordered. I guess that is par for the course these days, though. I give it only one star because if I’m paying $30 for a meal, I expected to be right and plentiful.

I love 5 guys. First time I have been disappointed. Burgers were fine but the fries were super weak. Under cooked and greasy. Not working them off but super bummed.

I have heard from many friends about Five Guys and had really high hopes for the taste and quality. Also considering price, i was expecting them to go way beyond the expectations. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. My first disappointment was dryness of Patty, second the lower part of Bun was breaking bad. I wish they put some effort in quality specially if they are charging 2-3 times of their competitors.

I honestly don’t know why this place is rated so high, I guess when they first opened things might have been different but now the food is okay but way over priced and the fact that you spend $9 on a burger and it doesn’t include a drink or fries. The store moves at a snail’s pace and with all those employees there you would expect faster service and most importantly a clean store. I’m not a fan of Five Guys the burger is okay and the fries are nasty. I wouldn’t recommend eating here there are so many better choices in Alpharetta to get a good burger and you don’t have to spend as much.

Thanks for making some delicious burgers! We went to 5 guys for lunch on a Sunday. Kevin took our order and he was so welcoming and friendly. He asked if we wanted milkshakes and we hadn’t planned on it but when he asked he said its a beautiful day, have a milkshake! You gotta get an oreo cookie milkshake they are amazing thanks Kevin and team!

40 minute wait for 2 burgers. They had 3 people working and about 6 customers in the store maybe more online. The staff was working hard but unable to meet demand. So the quality of the food was poor. Too expensive for this level of service and for a regular beef burger with tasteless fries for a side.

Apparently, the place has a culture that tolerates lying. Twice, I was told the order was almost done. The first time I was told this 20 minutes ago. The second time, by a different person, I was told this was 10 minutes ago. I am still waiting on my food. I don’t know how long it will take .
