I ate at the Hoschton location yesterday and it was awful! I have eaten there before and it was good. The prices are now ridiculously high and the quality was terrible ( $18 for small cheeseburger, small fries and drink.) Items that I had ordered on my burger that were on my receipt were missing. I didn’t have time to go get it corrected and I was so disappointed. Five Guys is not a place I will be going back. Come on guys, do better!

Came in today and watched six people look at me there was nobody in line I was in line waiting nobody helped me I turned around and left and they watched me leave great customer service especially for $10 hamburgers that are just average good luck to you guys you’re going to need it

Today I placed an online order number 73 at 6:56 pm on December 27, 2022. The online order process is straight forward and simple, however, picking up the food was a challenge. Especially when nearly every employee puts forth a strong effort to avoid eye contact. I saw my order sitting on a shelf as I stood there being ignored for 7 minutes straight. I questioned whether or not I’d suddenly turned invisible. Even as an employee called out order 78, he still looked past me. I had to inform him that I’m picking up an online order, the only online order sitting on the top shelf. This isn’t the kind of service you expect from a place that charges $12 for a burger. My food and fries were cold, this wasn’t a great experience

If you love your fries, do not come this location. I ordered a large fry and paid close to $8 and all I got was 1cup of fries. It could not even serve two people. This is unlike all the locations I have been to. Run and save you bucks. Not worth it. Am very disappointed!
