I have Celiac Disease and hardly eat anywhere that’s fast food. This was about the easiest and safest dining experience I’ve had. I got a double cheeseburger on lettuce with all the toppings and even had fries (if u know about Celiac or wheat allergies u know how rare that is for it to be safe). I mentioned it was an allergy order (easiest way to explain) and they changed gloves and used clean utensils. Didn’t get sick. Huge success!

Got here right at 11am, food was cooked fresh and service was great. However the frys seemed to be soggy… I prefer them crisp. But the bacon cheese burger was amazing as usual. Just wish it was a bit lighter on the pockets…

I like my burgers medium. After I pay they tell me they are not allowed to make a medium burger…as expensive as five guys is I should be able to get my burger at the temp I want. I would have never spent my money had I known that. I will not spend my money there again that for sure. $20 bucks for a bacon burger and a shake…horrible experience!

Five Guys always make a great burger but waiting 15+ minutes must be a staffing issue for this location. These 3 guys are working hard as they can to keep up. Interesting all are wearing mask but the grill cook is not wearing to cover his mouth or nose like the others. Some call it a chin diaper when wearing it this way but I would expect him to be wearing it properly if that’s the policy. Also the Coke Freestyle machine only has limited options. Luckily for me they had Root Beer.

I don’t go to Five Guys very often, but this one in Snellville was above my expectations. Great service from the gentleman taking the orders, clean place and the burger was very good. It is behind the jewelry store and a little hard see from the street. Five stars to this restaurant.
