First let me say the general manager is an angry man who is mad at the world for simply existing. I got a burger and asked for nothing on it. I got the burger and it had mayo on it. Simple mistake. I asked to talk to a supervisor and the general manager Jim told me I was wrong and I ordered mayo when in fact didn’t. He went to the back to complain to the employees. Luckily the assistant manager came out. He was a very nice man. Did his job professionally and got me a new burger without arguing. In my opinion Jim should get fired and David promoted. Very disappointed. I’ve been a customer at this location for many years and have noticed change in food quality and customer service for the past year. Today after being on the road for almost 12hrs on the road coming home I placed a mobile order. Picked it up and when I got home found out that my $10+/- little bacon cheeseburger was what looked like a McDonald’s cheeseburger. None of the toppings and dry. I ordered large fries and had a regular portion for 3 people. When I called I was offered another burger(who wants to drive back after being in the car for almost 12 hrs?!), they then offered a refund for the burger. Can’t charge five guys price for McDonald’s quality…

The guy taking our order on June 20th at 12:50 was provided the rudest customer service I’ve ever seen. It seemed like we were inconveniencing him by placing an order and he was annoyed by every item he had to enter into the computer.

Honestly wish I didn’t have to give 1-star to post a review. Horrible customer service and immature employees; lack of respect for guests, all of them were talking bad about the guests coming in including myself. Even when the order taker was taking my order he turned around and mentioned that the ones manning the grill and making the burgers that they were loud and he knew what they were talking about. A job should be earned not given. Have some respect for people. I could’ve said something back but I didn’t. Fix this issue.

What happened to this place? Unfortunately, this location does not live up to the Five Guys standard that I know and love. Five Guys has been my favorite Burger Restaurant for ten years. I ordered two burgers all the way with jalapeños. The kitchen made a mistake and substituted bell peppers instead jalapeños. When I brought the mistake to management, he seemed annoyed, didn’t offer an apology, but only a side of uncooked jalapeños which I had to put on myself. The burgers were already cold by the time I added the jalapeños. To top it off, I had given them a 10% tip when I ordered, which was a complete waste. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a Five Guys burger with good service.

Nothing but great burger here. Friendly staff, place is always clean, and the quality of food is always consistent. Been to other Five Guys and sometimes it can be a hit or miss. Online order works well. Parking lot is small and it’s hard to find parking space during rush hours, but there are more parking spaces available next to Progressive Lighting.
