I decided to try this place due to a coworker. Food was OK. I ordered 2 bacon burgers, 2 large fries, and 2 milkshakes. The older lady who took our order was super nice and made me smile. She was the best thing going for this location. However, the food was expensive, and to me, it wasn’t that impressive for 55 dollars worth. I think this place is overhyped and just stick to Burger King. I wish they gave trays when ordering inside instead of paperbags. But it is definitely overpriced, and the hype is not worth it. Save your money and try another place unless you wish to overpay for burgers and fries.

The employees had an attitude, and my they put my food together all over the place, threw my fries in the bag right in front of me, and the Pattie’s are burnt. To be honest I want my money back this is terrible. Milk shake was the only good thing

Very quick service, and the burger was well made. Taste like home. The fries don’t travel well, but it is best to eat on site or immediately. It’s more pricey than expected for 2 people.

I have ordered from Five Guys many times and anyone who goes to Five Guys knows they load you up on fries. This was my first time going to this location and they are quite stingy on their portion. It is absurd to charge over $6.00 for a regular fry and not even fill the container. I will add there weren’t many more in the bag. I’m sorry $20.00 for a burger and fries (and meager portion sizes is unacceptable). This will definitely be my last time visiting this location.

The burgers are juicy and freshly made. I love the fact that you can see the food being prepared, there is no guessing about cleanliness. They wear gloves and ninety-nine times out of a hundred the orders are perfectly filled. Great location.

Why is this place so overprice for burgers, hotdogs and fries? They give you the Medium sized fries and charge you Extra-Large prizes. The burgers are good but you can get bigger ones cheaper at a sit-down restaurants.

We are repeat customers spending $30 to $40 per visit for 2 people. We have always LOVED it until tonight. We are used to enough fries for at least 2 and tonight , the container wasn’t even full and the fries tasted hours old and the burgers were DRY 🙁 SO DISAPPOINTED

After the first five guys in Douglasville closed a couple of years ago I was extremely happy that they opened a new and better location. Food is always good. Burgers are hard to beat. They are a little bit expensive but it’s all fresh ingredients and delicious so worth it in my opinion.

It was surprisingly empty at lunch time. Many call ahead and take out orders. Food was great, the staff actually seemed like they wanted to be there. They smiled and greeted people. Restrooms were clean and the store was spotless. Thank you it was refreshing to have a place that wanted to serve us.

Do not order from this five guys!!! Go a little further to a better location. This location is highly inaccurate in fulfilling what you actually ordered, and they are stingy as hell with the French fries. I ordered a regular french fry, and it was literally the equivalent of the light fries. Stay away from here if you value your money!!!!!!!!!!!
