We ordered our food and went to fill our drinks and they were out of the drinks we wanted. We informed a manager and she said to pick another drink and would not refill the drinks. Only one other customer in the restaurant. Then watched her pick up her iPhone.

First time everrrrr at a five guys! I liked it! Food is fresh. Made to order. Fries are delicious! I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars because the parking at location is a little tight and the price is a little high for a “Burger”. Regardless of the price it was very good, staff was friendly and patient.

I’d l like to give 5 stars but I only bought fries and a shake. These items were great. I did not know that Five Guys used fresh potatoes for their meals. There were bags of fresh potatoes right there in the store. I’m willing to bet, by looking at the menu, that the burgers must be terrific. A bit pricey, but on my next visit, I’ll sit down and try the fresh ingredients burgers (they claim to have no freezers in the store, so I assume everything is fresh, not frozen). This trip I had already eaten and was stopping for a snack, so next time gotta try what they’re known for. This particular restaurant was very clean, also. The folks working there were very nice and courteous. Highly recommend stopping in.

I had been to a local Five Guys but my boyfriend had not been to one. We were travelling through this area looking for a place that was open so we could eat. We are not from this state. We came a half hour before closing, and the people working there were super nice and helpful. The place was clean and the food was very fresh and great tasting. More customers came in close to closing and their food was done quickly and everyone seemed happy.

Same same as all Five Guys. Great sloppy burgers too hot to eat and way too many fries. Love it. Parking is tight at this location. Only a couple of spots in front. More parking on side & rear though. Passing through while traveling. Great lunch.

Slow but the couple of times I’ve been they’ve been clean and provided great customer service. The food is pricey but it’s really good. I do prefer cheeseburger Bobby’s, however. The parking isnt great. It’s a pretty tight location. Really wish they had a drive thru, but there’s no room. The do mobile is, though, which is nice.

A very favorite burger spot, why you ask because I have eaten at the original Arlington, VA location when they first opened. You will wait in line for these burgers and the fries. The tasty, salty, seasoned hot fries so yummy and hard to resist. Pick and stack your burger that is the fun way you will enjoy Five Guys. You pick and choose your burger cooked and stacked your way. You have to do yourself a favor and try one or two if you dare. I triple pickle dare you. Enjoy
