Went last night for the first time since it’s closing no thanks to Orange Park Mall raising rent on the space. It was empty when we got there but clean. It is a bit pricey, but everything is fresh and you definitely get what you pay for. One of the coke machines was down so I used the other one. Food was made relatively quickly. I had a hamburger and my significant other had the bacon cheeseburger. We split fries and a drink to save on cost but they give you so much fries with the regular that it’s okay. My only thing was that one of the guys kept staring at me and then one of his other coworkers did too. Not sure why but it happens. Whenever we decide to go again, we will have to go to the location in oakleaf since that will be the closest location. The other one is in Fleming island.

This is a really good burger and the Cajun fries are great! I get extra cajun spice and I love the peanuts too. The service here is outstanding and ALL the help are always super nice and upbeat. Five Guys is my favorite burger on this side of the River. They raised their prices and it is now 7.00 plus for a burger and 3.50 for fries so I don’t go here as much as I use too. I am sad to report that they are no longer at this location.

The fat kid in me LOVES 5 GUYS! best burgers in town. We always stop in when we are in the area for a movie. Although, I live in riverside and really miss the location they used to have near the Publix in five points. Bring it back! Although, I guess it’s good that there isn’t one closer to me.

As always, they have excellent burgers and fries. While not fast like your common “fast food” burger chains, the wait is well worth it. I will admit that the prices are a little steep, but the taste is with it.

You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. Their customization is amazing and they always get it right. The staff there are great, we know most of them by name. They are always super nice and considerate. Love coming here for food. Their fries put everyone else’s to shame.

Great tasting Burger ! Probably the Best I’ve had in 3 years. Reminds me of Ole school Wendys Hamburger before they started taking short cuts.fries are good but there a little stringy they need to make them thicker.

Five guys has one of the best burgers and dogs around. The fries are awesome too and I would recommend a small order, bc it can feed up to 3 ppl (seriously! ). With that said you order a large, prepare to take the rest home. Also, they have peanuts waiting for you while you eat. Live this place!

Parking was a bit tricky to find. We called ahead so our food was done faster after we paid. The burger was delicious. We ordered 2 large cheeseburgers with jalepenos. One small regular order of fries & large order of cajun fries with one drink. We spent about $30. We love five guys when we are craving burgers but it is expensive.

Ordered ahead, people that ordered while I was there got their food already. I was understanding because I know they have a steady stream of traffic. Finally got my order, they upgraded the fry order for the wait. Good CS. Went home, called in that my order was cold and fries were soggy, and yes, I was taking into account the travel time. The manager took control and handled the situation, even said the fries were probably undercooked and she would personally handle the order, and gave a free small fry for the trouble. When I arrived back the guy at the register with the man bun and eyeglasses rolled his eyes and gave me an attitude when he saw me with the bag and I told him, “don’t worry, I called it in” and dropped the bag in front of him and moved on. Sorry five guys, you got a good location but you have to employ quality people as well. Your manager did a good job alleviating the situation but jeeze.
