First time going here. Parking was a little hard to find as well. I’m not sure if the bathrooms were clean or not. I didn’t use the bathroom. Food food is good, and they have different selections as well. I decided to order a double cheese burger with grilled mushrooms. That was good but a little greasy. I had an order of regular fries and didn’t realize the quantity of the regular fries. The regular fries feeds two peoples and they are very greasy. Unfortunately, they put my order in one bag. So by the time I got home, the paper bag they put my order in was greasy. Also, prices for many items are a little steep. I ended up paying almost $30 for a double cheeseburger, medium fries, and a drink. I believe a combo meal shouldn’t be that high priced. I may come back to this place.

I called my order in 20 minutes ago. It was still not ready when I came in no one knew how to look up my orderd I had to ask for my cup for the drink bite teas were unsweetened I told the worker there they took at in the back and did not give me the sweet no one was apologetic about custom service was very poor will not be ordering my burger from this location any more

The burgers and fries were superb! Fries cut up fresh right in front of you! Employees vary curtious and friendly and restaurant vary clean. All you can eat free peanuts. A little pricey but well worth it. You will not leave hungry! Five stars for Five Guys!!

I really don’t like writing bad reviews, but the service here was awful. 1/2 my order was missing and when u called to tell them, they could have cared less. No apology. Drove 20 miles back to pick up missing food and spoke to manager. She didn’t apologize, didn’t offer anything as a sorry. People make make mistakes, but it’s how you handle it. They handled it awfully.
