I must have had a bad experience some years ago with Five Guys because I haven’t been in a very long time. My son and daughter-in-law wanted it so I decided to try it again. I must say the burgers and fries were excellent. Both were fresh and delicious! I was a little surprised when the food we ordered for 3 people totaled over $60. Maybe I did something wrong when I ordered but the receipt was right. While I waited, I enjoyed the peanuts which I didn’t know they had either.

There’s a young man that looks fresh out of high school running this shop, and man he must be the son of a military family. He was training someone at the register as the Friday crowd came in, then multitasked to the cooking station without batting an eye. Despite the crazy Friday rush, this French fry marine then answered the phone to take an order while STILL taking care of other tasks. I haven’t seen this type of service and attention to detail since the 80’s bruh, if I could give them 6 stars I would. Entire crew there was on one. No cap

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at five guys. Rachael and Jackson were wonderful. Them along with Hannah and Yuki had our order on point and in a timely manner. It was greatly appreciated after a long day at work. Will definitely be back!

I absolutely love their burgers. I’ve tried many different ways to recreate these burgers at home to no avail. They cook the burgers right in front of you and nothing seems particularly special, but they’re amazing! I also love that the fries are made from fresh potatoes and a small order is enough to feed 2-3 people easy.

We stopped in for a quick lunch and were greeted by the staff with a smile and cheerful greeting! It was so refreshing to encounter a team of employees that truly seemed to enjoy working and serving their customers! While the prices are much higher than I’d care to pay (understandably not always the establishments fault), the burden was eased with a cheerful and pleasant staff! We will absolutely be back for lunch or even dinner. Oh, and the restaurant was super clean!

We haven’t been to a Five Guys in several years but this isn’t how we remember it at all! First of all, we didn’t know the peanuts were not available unless one asked for them (found out later reading online when we got home). Had to ask for ketchup (no packets of ketchup anywhere) and the guy behind the counter pulled out a ketchup bottle and put in about 1 oz of it into a 2 oz container! How cheap is that-at least fill it up! The two of us had to make sure not to double dip. The worst part was our hamburgers. Now we know they are messy, especially the “all the way” toppings, but these literally disintegrated in our hands so bad neither one of us got to eat the whole burger. In fact, I would say we both ended up with about half a burger (trying to hold it together) and the other half of it a big glob on our wrapper. What a mess. All this for $30 for lunch for 2 people. Don’t know what has happened to this chain but definitely won’t be going back to this particular one. Maybe there was a reason for no one there at 1:30 in the afternoon.
