Horrible experience. Paid $45 to feed two people a burger, fries and soda. I’m normally ok to pay this at 5 Guys but not this location. First of all they are not friendly at all. Cashier was short and curt. Their burgers are precooked and left in a tin box. The buns precooked, dry and cold. Watched them try to re-grill the burger and melt cheese on it. Very disappointed. Do not eat here! There is a Brazilian burger place a few doors down to try.

I craved to eat here again, but after my last visit I don’t feel like returning back. The quality and service on my last visit was poor. I paid $13 for a little hamburger with the meat overcooked,and the fries were overly salty. I was disappointed with the experience.

The food is good but not spectacular. The staff are friendly. It is expensive to eat here especially for a family of 2 or more. Each item on the menu is a la carte meaning there are no combos like in any other fast burger chain restaurant. This particular location is located in midtown which is very busy and difficult to find parking sometimes. Honestly, I would skip eating here.

Disappointed is an understatement. My $9 bacon burger had half a slice of bacon and the “added mushrooms” were 2 slices, literally half a small mushroom. The meat was dry and poor quality too. I couldn’t believe how much they charged for such a pathetic offering. And then another $5 for average fries. It was $50 for 2 adults and a kid. I would have gotten much better taste and quality at McDonald’s for a third of the price. Wish I had gone to McDonald’s and regret giving this place a try. I will be contacting corporate…..edit to say corporate never responded. They don’t care.

Fantastic! They did a great job social distancing, service was good, food was spectacular!!! We had two burgers both cooked perfectly, fries were super fresh! They had great signage about how to order and that everything was kept really clean.

Burgers were delicious, I order a little cheese bacon burger, didn’t see necessary to go with the big one because the only difference is that the last one has doble meat, which I’m not a fan of! Service here is really good, the guy who took my order even asked me at the end of my meal if I liked it, as I told him it was my first time eating with them.
