came here on a Monday around 1 pm ordered pick up, just had to wait for the fries and they offered a drink while we waited. Never seen that before the guys were very nice. can’t go wrong with their burgers too. Great location

Was ordering the grilled cheese with a patty for someone (sandwich not pictured). Let me start with, the plaza where this was located was decent. However, this spot or that day was really understaffed. The same guy taking the orders was making burgers. The floor was sticky and gunky. This should have been a sign to leave. I also noticed burger patties and buns sitting on the grill. The store was not busy, so not sure why. Anyway, got the order anyway. The person later complained of feeling a little sick, coincidentally after eating the grilled cheese sandwich. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Thumbs down. Management, clean your store and hire more staff. Fresh burgers and fries are what makes Five Guys top notch.

The burger that I ordered was very tasty, but the fries were extremely salty, literally looking at the grains of salt on them. They have a sign right outside the entrance advertising for milkshake, and apparently, none was available

4/12/23 before closing.. I went to pick up an uber eats order and the guy refused to give me the order.. his excuse was “if he gave me the food then they would be at risk of recieving a bad review from the customer.. because he said the food was cold”.. Be honest.. you just wanted free food that someone else paid for! Beware also.. The way they handle the food on a dirty work surface.. its cross contamination of food.. The work surface is disgusting!

Came into the restaurant not expecting to be treated so well based on the reviews. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the cashier and when it came to my order I had a special request for no salt on my fries. The employee making the fries was so kind enough to clean the scooping device from any salt and washed it in front of me I was taken back at the attention to detail. I would of been ok without adding salt to my fries but that special attention just made my experience excellent! Thanks to the team working on superbowl Sunday making it happen!
