It’s a good burger. Sloppy and greasy. Known for their potatoes I guess. You would think the fries would be awesome in a place that has bags and boxes of potatoes. IMHO They are not good. Doesn’t even matter how much Cajun powder they sprinkle on it.

I used to absolutely love eating at this location, but something has really gone downhill here lately. Twice in the past 2 months, my order has been an absolute disaster. I am working with multiple food allergies, and five guys has an amazing allergen menu, so this is a place I have always considered “safe” to order takeout from. 2 weeks ago, they completely left my order out of the bag, but insisted my food was in there (the bag was sealed shut with a sticker). And just last night, I ordered something for my husband, then a bunless bacon burger with no cheese for myself – when I opened the container, my food was covered in melted cheese (funny enough they also forgot the bacon). With food allergies, I’m really selective about where I eat and I will definitely not make the mistake again of giving five guys another chance – they’ve left me hungry twice now.

Five Guys is pretty much always a good dining experience. You can’t deny the food is good. But I can’t help but think, after I’ve finished my meal, that I paid too much for what it was. The prices seem like they are higher every time I go. But honestly, they have very good hamburgers and the fries are always generous portions. 4.5/5
