My husband and I just left five guys and had such a positive experience. From the time we walked in the door until the time we walked out of the door, the staff was friendly and attentive. Customer service should be commended. We were promptly greeted, and everybody waved and said goodbye when we left. The food was great, our order turned out perfectly, and the overall experience was good. In a world where people typically do not want to work, and customer service is nonexistent, the employees at the store today were absolutely perfect.

Fun inviting atmosphere. The burger and fries were amazing!!! It was my first time eating at a five Guys. Amanda greeted me as I came in and kindly went over the menu with me.
