My family comes here often for dinner and the night manager & staff are always polite, agreeable, fast, & professional. The dining area is always clean as are the restrooms. I am happy Five Guys moved in the neighborhood & am impressed because we have dined at other locations in the past but they do not compare. Bravo Five Guys for my family’s weekly fine out choice.

Take everything you used to know about Five Guys, throw it into the middle of the ghetto, eliminate the good taste, and add $5 to all menu items. That’s what you get here. Awful, and nobody cares about the customer any longer. They should have just stayed out of Brandon since closing shop at all other locations, which were far superior.

I love this place. It has gotten very expensive for a counter service restaurant. That said the staff should always be moving keeping the tables clean (remember covid). Also this location seems to have an issue with double frying the fries. Since it opened I have had to return fries 4 times. They should be crispy and not saturated with oil. They always correct the mistake, but it’s wasted food

I do not have a picture for this review, but I had to stop to write a review for this Five Guys, the entire crew, but especially Shayla, on Register 1 the night of 14 March. We arrived in town later in the evening and when we left the hotel to find a late dinner the store was within 30 mins of closing. As the line continued to grow after we placed our order, I could see in the staff’s eyes that they were concerned about the growing line and not being able to close on time. However, their actions and demeanor did not reflect their concerns. They all maintained their professionalism and continued to serve up fresh quality food with a smile. Thank you Five Guys!!!

Went there last night. The fries I received were barely cooked at all and some were cold apon me receiving them. The employees were yelling inappropriately at each other during the entirety of my visit. I’m pretty sure everyone there had the same experience with the fries because they had 5-6 orders waiting for fries at the counter and probably pulled the baskets early in a rush. I get that everyone has bad days but when someone’s paying $20 or more for a burger and fries I feel like incidents like this should happen less frequently.

This location does not represent five guys. There was no taste in the burgers tasted like they were watered down. Asked for extra bacon on all four bacon cheeseburgers. I’m not joking there was hardly any bacon on all four very tiny amount broke up in a bunch of pieces… Like one piece broke up fifteen times. I went up and asked for extra bacon that we ordered for 4 burgers… Gives me three pieces of bacon one cut and half… For basically fifty dollars worth of four hamburger… I mean really that chency??? Had them add the cajun seasoning to the fries. If i’m lying i’m dying there was hardly any of that seasoning. I’ve been coming to this place for years to different States. This is by far the worst experience but what can you expect…. look at the Staff… No personalities completely dull… We’ll never be back , just moved to the area…
