This place is amazing. Every visit the burgers get better and better. There fries are always great. The shakes you have to try. There hotdogs are really good and you can get whatever toppings on them. It’s great food, fast service and atmosphere is very nice. A great genre of music that everyone can agree with.

Every single five guys that I’ve walked into always has made me happy. Clean, full of peanuts, and pretty fast. While pricey, the burgers are still juicy and great. Take some peanuts for the road if you can.

The tables are always dirty. Only two people dining in with 3 workers. It seems like they don’t like to clean the dining area. Also, the trash cans are filthy.

Okay the food at 5 guys is good but not 20 bucks for a single patty, small fries, and a small drink…

I had a prior one star rating for this restaurant based off a bad experience that I had, but the manager completely fixed everything, I was reimbursed my meal, and it was such a pleasant experience to have a restaurant right their wrongs. Forgot to take photos of the meal we had replaced because we ate it too fast! Awesome restaurant can’t wait to return

Burger was good and can usually always be expected from any Five Guys if it’s made how you order it but the service at this location is sort of lacking. Very slow and often employees are confused as to what’s yours or what you’re waiting for after you’ve received your bags and somethings missing. I also didn’t like the fact that we ordered large Cajun fries with our food and got plain ones. Instead of them replacing them, I was given a cup of seasoning and told to take it home, sprinkle it on and heat them in the oven…… Wow, that was bad. Ultimately i went home, threw the seasoning in the trash, poured a bunch of ketchup and ate nasty plain fries. Honestly i think I’m way better off making the drive to Haines City/Davenport area (Posner). Your treatment, food and service is always excellent

I don’t think I have ever been in a cleaner 5Guys. We got there just 30 mins before closing but were greated so graciously. They gladly took our order and were so genuinely considerate to treat us our their guests. I have worked many many years in food service and I highly applaud this team for being kind, professional, friendly and considerate on all aspects. I know what’s it’s like when customers walk in 30 mins before closing and these two never made us feel unwelcomed. Not to mention the burgers were fantastic!!!!!!!

I’ve been to Five Guys in multiple locations; Orlando, New Jersey and Philly, now here in Winter Haven. I honestly don’t know if they even do enough business here where I would put most people near to the poverty line and Five Guys is expensive. I spent over 40$ on two hotdogs meals and a kids burger. However, I’ve never noticed a previous franchise looking as sad as this one did. There was a weird smell, it was a little dirty, and the soda machines look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long while. I even had orange syrup splatter on my hands when I used the Coke. Not sure how that happened. Maybe they’re overworked because maybe there isn’t enough money coming in to pay a slew of staff. $8 for a single hot dog is kinda outrageous though. What I can say, what I can always say, is that I love the fries.
