I deliver for Uber Eats. This Five Guys is the worst! I have picked up from this one on Fruitville at least a dozen times. They don’t even acknowledge your presence! They are completely unprofessional. The kids working there are not interested in customer service or doing a job well. I just watched the guy flipping burgers accidentally tear a patty into pieces. Instead of getting another patty, he just put the pieces on a bun and wrapped it up before it could fall apart. It seemed like everyone behind the counter was just there to socialize with each other instead of taking care of their customers.

Apparently even when an order is incorrect and offered to have it fixed and taken care of that’s only available if the correct manager is there. Offered to wait a few minutes to catch up on orders but still refused.

You can’t beat the burgers and fries here, however we waited for 10 minutes (with no one in line) to place an order. Nobody stood out front cooking or at register, one associate texting on his phone in kitchen. Restaurants starting to look a bit dated
