Food has been great since open but there has been some new staff hired that don’t listen when taking orders because they are being allowed to wear an earbud in one ear to listen to music. As a result, our order was wrong – no surprise. The trash cans were overflowing while they stood behind the counter socializing and checking the cell phones. It’s a bit outrageous to ask for tips BEFORE receiving food and service.

Never order a bowl from here. I’m a diabetic, and sometimes food choices are hard. I love bread, but I can’t have it often. Five Guys offers a bowl, but they rarely get the ingredients right. I love the actual burgers, so I kept rolling the dice, but what’s a burger without your favorite toppings? And they even forgot the extra patty this time. I guess I have to give up Five Guys, too, because for the premium price, there should be better accuracy than McDonalds.
