Ordered for pickup. When I got there, I was informed that they were out of hot dog buns so they could either put the hot dog in an aluminum foil bowl or on a HAMBURGER bun. Didn’t try to compensate me or anything. I asked for a drink as compensation, this dude proceeded to give me a water cup. Then the damn drinks were nasty! Kept getting worse. Got the BLT, the bacon was hard and tasted burnt. Too much mayo as if ordered a mayo sandwich. The worst 5 Guys experience I’ve ever had. Makes me not want to patronize any of them anymore.

The fries were good and plenty. The burger wasn’t seasoned at all. I’ve been tonother five guys and this one did not season the meat well. This review is based on this location only. I would give it a 3.5 or 4 but the cost brings it down a star. Hopdoddy is a better option at this price range.

Ordered from this 5 guys through doordash and the bacon cheeseburger had no bacon on it. Also ordered a large fry, and as we all know it’s not cheap.. there weren’t enough fries to even make up a large. $51 order and wasn’t worth it

Very disrespectful staff, last time I ordered a large Cajun fries. They gave me a medium and I waited 25 minutes for my fries. Today I waited 8 minutes and the cashier was on a phone call and didn’t even pay attention to customers in the actual freakin store.

If you want a burger that fill all the spaces in your mouth as you chew, has the crunchiest bacon, best mayonnaise (they only serve this in a 5guys) and all the toppings you could imagine, including a big bag of fries (tell them extra crispy if you prefer that) then you have found your place!

It took two hands to eat this burger. All it had on it was meat, bacon, lettuce, cheese and tomato. My husband was going to eat and drive but we sat in the parking lot till he was finished. Milkshakes great also. Yumolicious!
