We just went in tonight. Havent been in awhile. We ordered a burger for our grandaughter…a cheese burger for me..and a burger with bacon for husband..we all split a large fry and had 2 milkshakes. $52 bucks and some change later! That’s insane. We won’t be going back anytime soon. Cant afford it.. However the staff was friendly and the place was clean. (KINGSPORT)

The food is good. Not great….but good. The prices just went up yet again. It is now $10 for JUST A HAMBURGER. No fries….no drink…..just a HAMBURGER. That’s ridiculous. I have eaten here my last time, and I certainly can’t imagine the public opinion being any different.

Would be 5 stars but their prices are as much as a sit-down meal in a restaurant. Great burgers and fries, we drove 45 miles to enjoy it and weren’t disappointed in the quality, taste of the food, or the prompt and friendly service.

We really like this 5 Guys, the staff is great and is always nice. They offer great suggestions (hello salted carmel and bacon shake!). They are fast and courteous, and it seems like they all genuinely like being there.

Our first time ever going to a Five Guys and we really enjoyed it. The food was very good, albeit expensive, and the service was fantastic. We asked about the peanuts and apologized for our ignorance as first timers. Carson explained to us about the peanuts, and later came to our table with a $10 gift card in hopes we would return again for a second time. We definitely will. Carson was extremely polite, refilled our drinks like we were at a sit down restaurant and thanked us for our patronage. Carson is good people!
