Very Good location. The burgers were very good the fries were hot and plentiful. ( I mean come-on the large fry was well LARGE btw take home the extra and put them in your air fryer) The place was clean well light , no loud music and best of all the food was done quickly and correctly.

Total ripoff. If you enjoy throwing away $13 for a cheeseburger, this is your place. If not, avoid this overhyped and overpriced hole in the wall. As for the atmosphere, it’s like dining in the corner of a flea-market, not very hygienic, and the staff are a mix between aloof and just rude. As for the quality of the food, well, it’s nothing special. The burgers are your basic smash-burgers, decent, but nowhere near good enough for the outrageous price tag. And the oily fries are just that, oily. Five Guys, at least the one in Cookeville, is a place I’ll never walk into again.

An expensive disappointment, I do not recommend eating here. The quality is not worth the price. I ordered a bacon burger and received a bacon cheeseburger. It came poorly wrapped and upside down in the bag. Toppings were falling off before I had finished unwrapping it. The burger was so poorly put together I had to take it apart and remake it. One of the patties was hanging off halfway. The grilled onions were in there somewhere but I had to search for them and never tasted them. The burger tasted okay which is the only reason I gave them the second star. But for a $9+ burger, it was disappointing. The fries were warm, not hot, soggy and weak. We got two burgers, two drinks and shared a regular fry. The total was $30+. I will not be returning.

This was the most miserable experience… the drink machines were out of almost every drink ….no straws the fries were burnt and for 2 drinks 2 single burgers and 1 order of fries for 40 bucks should have been the best burger in town… will never go back!!!

Greeted when walked in. Staff was friendly and patient with my questions. Asked for extra crispy fries, they were perfect. Have been craving a good burger and was not disappointed . Food was ready before we finished getting our drinks.

It was delicious. It’s just expensive which I can understand needing to make sure you can profit and afford your food your ingredients and everything. But pretty pricey. But it’s worth it whenever you take a trip over there. I’ve never been disappointed by Five guys anywhere.

Had to take my mom to Doctor appointment, and she loves the burgers. We got in as soon as they unlocked the door @10:30 The staff was friendly. Mom and I ordered burgers that are amazing as usual.. they have carb friendly as well. I did a lettuce wrap. I ordered the triple with bacon and cheese . I was able to eat a handful of fries and not feel guilty since I skipped the bun. Cheers and Enjoy
