Just popped in to grab a quick bite here as J headed through town. I LOVED seeing the smiles on the employees’ faces as they interacted with one another. Great friendly culture here which speak to the leadership. The young lady at the register is a gem. Burger and fries were on pint as usual.

I was let down by my food. Maybe I didn’t order it right cause I was trying to reproduce my favorite sonic order.. cheeseburger with mustard and jalapeno.. but fries were very good. I think if I’d dressed my burger better I may have been satisfied.

On 3/23/23 I placed an order to be picked up around 11:30am. When I arrived, I was told it would be a few minutes on the fries. Admittedly, I wasn’t having a great day, and I didn’t acknowledge this statement, other than to take a step away to wait. After barely a moment, I decided to go to the restroom to wash my hands. When I returned, I waited briefly before an older (than the guy on fries) man asked if I was Amanda, then handed me my order that had been waiting on me.

Placed an online order for pick up at a certain time. Check in and cook were both good but food runner failed. Our food was ready when we arrived he didn’t give me the food so it sat there and got cold. After waiting nearly 10 minutes past my specified pick up time and probably 8 minutes past when I checked in I finally approached the food runner and he grabbed my bag off a shelf, it wasn’t even under a heat light. Husband’s burger bun was completely soggy and my lettuce was inedible. i expect better service and better food for $30

Sunday night, the restaurant was a mess. Not one clean table, floor was filthy. Three tables being used and all workers including the manager were just talking standing around. Nice elderly man at register. Got drinks and they were straight carbonation, no matter the drink choice. Went up and told manager who was chatting standing around. He said he would look at it and never did. Went up a second time to ask and a young girl was sent out to correct the machine. Never fixed it and was still straight carbonation. Had to eat our meal without a soda. Not busy at all to have to eat in a filthy place and no-one was bothered about the drink machine.
