I know people have mixed opinions about Five Guys, but I believe it’s one of the best burgers in the industry. I love all of the gourmet toppings like grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, peppers and more! The natural cut fries can’t be beat!

Staff wanted to be sure you got what you wanted. Were pleasant & always working hard when not actually waiting on a customer so not just standing around. Was impressed with the amount of choices, quantity & flavors

I came in Sunday to place a fairly large to-go order around 630pm. Was very happy with the service from start to finish! I asked for a few small requests and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct to even making sure I got my pickles on the way out! My crew of guys was very happy with the food as well of course. Left a decent tip for them all and will gladly do it again. Maybe even a little more. Thanks to all of them (4guys and 1 girl) haha!

Since they recently reopened, it seems the quality of their food has improved.

Good food. Extremely expensive for a burger joint. The fries were great but they give you so many. Milkshakes are simple but good (and cheaper than an order of fries).

First time customer! Been wanting to stop when we see a Five Guys but it had never worked out until today. We weren’t disappointed! The burgers were delicious! So were the fries! And you get SOOO many fries!!! Service was great. Very friendly staff. We loved the peanuts while we waited too.

The staff was amazing. All of them were so friendly I forgot I was getting fast food and they weren’t working for tips. The burger was very good, but still not the best in Paducah. The fries were way over-seasoned, I couldn’t even eat half and I had to use a lot of mayo to get the ones down I did eat. I normally don’t use condiments with fries. The milkshake was good, a little thin, but I like that since it’s ready to drink right then. It would have been a 3 star review, but the staff brought it up to a 4. The cost was another factor. What I consider the best burger in Paducah would have cost me almost half of this burger and it would have come with fries & a drink for the price of just the burger at 5 guys. I might come back here, but I’m not going out of my way to eat here.

At 7:00 a.m. this morning, I was yelled at by the manager out back of the restaurant for parking in a parking spot to go over to Starbucks. Despite their being no signs posted that I was not allowed to park or that it was specifically only employee parking. She proceeded to threaten to have my car towed. I already don’t like five guys, and I especially won’t be eating there now. I don’t know what gives her the right to think that they can own all the parking spots in the back of the building, especially at 7:00 a.m. when their business is not even open yet.
