Who doesn’t love fresh-cut fries (county fair style), and why not fry them in Peanut oil to make them crispy with a Pinch of Cajun power to crave for more. The best thing for which I like to come here more often is their, free fried peanuts. U can eat as many as u want as long as u are inside the store. Their Burgers and Sandwiches are Juicy too.

These hard workers are GREAT food was super yummy –made perfectly and the staff members were super friendly and nice. They even put some ketchup in little containers for me. Such refreshing great customer service! So thank you again–I will be back. My only complaint is that their prices are kind of high (IMHO) for a burger place–but you know how it goes–it’s the market system–if it’s THAT good…people will pay it

On two visits in the last few months the store has smelled decidedly of sewage. I believe that a trap on at least one of their drains has dried out allowing sewer gas into the restaurant. The speed of service and quality of food is about the same as other Five Guys, but I cannot forgive the bad smell.

Excellent burger and Excellent fried fries . Salt on fries was too much for me until I ordered it with low salt . BTW you can order it with no slat as well. Service is quick and organised. With many orders, I did not face a mistake in one of them. The team are so friendly and keeps welcoming all the time.

A great place to go for a bite to eat. Their hamburgers are very generous size and they give you lots of French fries. I have nothing the good things to say about them. They are a little pricier than other places but it is definitely worth it

38 bucks for 1 sandwich, 2 grilled cheeses, 1 regular and 1 large fry and they only filled the fries up halfway! I remember when they used to overflow your fries. This place is such a scam!

I don’t know if different locations make a difference however I’m very satisfied with the one near Polaris. Stop at this one Saturday, somewhat disappointed at the french fries the one on Polaris gives you your French fries Plus adsmore to the bag. Order two double cheeseburgers, with various toppings. They were not able to get the toppings correct, one of the cheeseburgers had no toppings at all. Went back in and spoke with the manager I did not want a replacement Burger yeah, but I want her to be aware oh, that they did not get the order correct. And I recommended that she speak to her staff. I go to Five Guys because of the quality hamburgers usually one receives. I told her it would have been very easy for me to go to the Steak and Shake and got in the same hamburgers with french fries for $8, instead of the $26 I paid at Five Guys. But I like quality no, they certainly failed this time. The photo attached should have had lettuce tomato onion pickle and catch up as you can see it’s plain except for the cheese. Very disappointed with this visit no, I think I’ll stay with the one that’s on Polaris on Route 23 North

Never ordering from here or 5 guys again period. Customer service was terrible. Stood at the counter repeatedly saying “excuse me” the young girl working behind the counter stood there with her hands in her armpits! Looked dead at me 3 times when i finally said “Hey!” Can i get some help? She then got a terrible snotty attitude reluctantly removed one hand from her armpits to ring up my drink. Handed me my cup with her freshly removed armpit hand and said here! I paid 60$ for some cheeseburgers and got the nastiest service from any food service provider i have received. If i hadn’t already paid for the food online i would have walked out. If you’re looking for a good burger and like being treated like you sacrificed someone first born. I recommend this place. If not go to Game its rite down the road. they aren’t as good on the burgers but service is great.
