Good tasting burger but damn was it greasy. It was cooled in reasonable time,but 11 bux for a small burger is steep. It was still a decent burger, but not worth the price. I would almost return but steep price and over greasy burger got me weary. I care about my health and my wallet and theres no room for conscience decisions here. Tastes like gluttony and vanity. Was good while it lasted.

Horrible!! Never received my order and been trying to get refund since 4/26. I’ve spent close to 5 hours on phone and was promised multiple times the refund was being processed as well as they were to mail $30.00 in gift card for being such a mess, I haven’t received anything and get the same run around each time I call. They promise every time that a manager will call,but yet still the same issues and still no refund.

Have not been here in a long time thought I would give it a try. Big mistake! Every time I come here I order a Little Hamburger. They put Cheese on it. If I wanted cheese I would have ordered it. Won’t be back again for a long time. Again NO CHEESE!!!!! RUINED MY BURGER!

Walked in about 730 pm. Told 35 min wait with approx. 8 people in restaurant! Explained that they all came in at the same time. Unit was fully staffed. I have no comprehension as to the reasons behind this. Love the company, never experienced this before.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They completely forgot my order and served customers that came in after me before me. I ordered online and there was another guy who did the same and he got really angry and they threatened to call the police on him. Me, I simply walked out because of horrible customer service and went to the Pickerington one which is always speedy and friendly when I order online.
