Ordered on Uber Eats. Usually the food here is delicious but today it was absolutely atrocious. The burger arrived with no cheese when it was ordered with cheese and you can see from the picture that it arrived in a pile of mush. It was disgusting. The fries were also stole cold and mushy. No idea what’s going on here but I won’t be returning to this location ever again

Five guys is good for what it is. Good food made to order. The problem I have it is a step, a large step, up from Wendy’s at almost twice the cost. Good, just over priced for standing in line and ordering your food at a counter and then going back up to the counter to get your food. Always good food though, but isn’t that why you go to eat out. That should be the normal.

I give 5 stars for the tragedy that unfolded as I ate my burger. It was a quiet day, the lobby seemed to be still and yet, a tension was in the air. All of a sudden a tour bus stops near the building. You can see the palpable fear in the workers eyes

As a Five Guys, it’s bound to be good and the food I got was. But, I did find it weird how long it took to get my order. When I went to this location, there was nobody else there, so I thought it would be pretty quick. It took around 10-20 minutes for a burger but it was still good. This place is very pricey though (it was around 10 bucks for a single burger) so make sure you know about that before you go here. Still I recommend this place.

Good burger, dirty floors and dirty tables. The fries were soggy and overseasoned. I asked for seasoned fries, not half a pound of seasoning with fries. When we tried to replaced them tonight, the supervisor on duty did not replace them, even though they were practically inedible. Fail.

I went to the Five Guys on Hamilton Rd. And got 3 little cheeseburgers, 1 cheeseburger and 3 plain patties my bill was $79 and I will post a picture of one of the burgers I didn’t think to take a picture until I was getting ready to feed them to my dogs. This is ridiculous. Definitely my last trip to a five guys. I could have went and sat down at a restaurant for that kind of money.

Food was not the best. One of the workers at this location was too lazy to refill the ketchup dispenser. Flavors in the soda machine needed refilled as well. Hope things improve.
