We were eagerly greeted as soon as we walked in the door! We were asked if we wanted single or double hamburgers we were asked what we wanted on our burgers cheese or bacon? And anything else? Our food was cooked fresh handmade! Our french fries were made from scratch! We were given our drink cups refills are free! Our food was called out to us by our number when it was ready. The food was hot, tasty and very filling!

I went there @ 2:35-2:40, They looked short staffed at the time but when I walked up to the counter one of the managers asked if I wanted a single or double so I replied a double and an order of little size fries and regular drink. I thought that as excellent customer service. My Burger was made the way I like it toppings and all. This Five Guys is located in University Edge on the campus of University of Akron.(02/23/2023) Came here after work; Not that busy when I walked in first in line cashier took my order and sat down. I never have a problem waiting for my food at Five Guys since it’s cooked to order. Received my order and ate it, Bacon Burger with Mayo, Tomato, Lettuce, Pickles, a bottle Sprite, and a little fries with ketchup.

Stopped here for dinner. 100% impressed by this…I ordered my burger with no bun, they asked if for preference or allergy, I said Allergy. They yelled back to the line…allergy in house. my husband watched them, before they prepared my burger they cleared the prep counter, fully wiped it down, put paper down and changed their gloves. This is awesome and more places need to follow this practice. Great job 5 Guys

I ordered two burgers and two milkshakes from doordash, both milkshakes came completely melted (not the restaurant’s fault) and came over 30 minutes late (not the restaurant’s fault either). I took my first bite of the burger and immediately felt a hair in my mouth. I am grossed out. I called the restaurant and they seemed to not really care and told me to just call doordash in the most monotone voice i’ve ever heard. I was a restaurant manager and i know how food service is. It’s not great work but the least you can do is act personable.
