I had never gone to five guys before, and this was honestly a let down. Food took a long time, cashier was EXTREMELY rude, and the food itself could have been better. Meat on the burger was good, but the rest of it just seemed slapped together. Milk shake had little flavor.

I would NEVER go back! Employee taking my order was extremely passive aggressive, interrupting me several times. I about walked out. Food was not good. Quality of food just wasn’t there. Ice machine was not functioning and was never informed that it wasn’t working. $36 dollars for an awful dinner.

I went there on a Tuesday between 3:30-4:00 the place was slow only one couple dining in. I got a bacon cheeseburger and a little fry. Worst tasting food I ever had here. The bacon was burnt and greasy the fries were overcooked and greasy. I’ve never been disappointed with the burger and after taking a couple of bites it had a weird aftertaste. Truly a waste of money.
