Five guys used to be great. You could guarantee a massive amount of fries and you always got that extra scoop on top. Not so not anymore. It’s twice now we’ve ordered large fries and not even had the cup filled up!!! $6.95 you must be kidding. The burgers are good but it’s meant to be a total experience. This time I go into order and collect. Yet again the fries are short changed. I complained oh the manager gave me extra for free. But dripping with sarcasm and no apology truly do people pay over $40 for 2 burgers and 3 fries and accept shoddy service and short portions. No not me. Much as I’ve liked their fries I won’t be going back. I’ll cook my own it’s really not that hard!!

What a good cheeseburger! I have food allergies and the staff had an allergen menu readily available. He was knowledgeable about allergens and I had no problem eating there. I highly recommend Five Guys for a good burger and great fries. They are definitely a step above any other burger place in my book

This place has gone to hell, short portions, even if you get a large, when i pay extra for large fries i expect my fries should be full not skimpy not a damn medium, Also my burger was smashed. springfield is definitely not the 5 guys you want, it used to be great maybe top 5 in springfield, not anymore. I think the 3 stars I put is me being nice.

I was told that as long as I made staff aware of my allergy they could accommodate. Both times I have eaten there I have been made severely ill. I also listened to the staff make fun of people with food allergies while I ate. This is a serious thing and should not be tolerated.

Five guys is a great place to get a hamburger and fries! A little more pricey but worth it! The Jr hamburger is one patty and the regular hamburger it two patties. Also a small fry is normally enough for two to share.

First time ever at Five Guys. Small menu, but it’s all burger-centric. Personally I’m not a burger lover, but my fiancé is so we went together. Definitely way better than McDonald’s or other comparable fast food. Prices surprised me a little, although it was worth the price. We also got fries which I thought were alright. Nothing to write home about. Still giving 5 stars because it was fantastic, just not my preference.
