Wanted to share the great experience I had, we ordered lunch to go and both sandwiches were unfortunately incorrect when we went to eat lunch. I called and talked with the manager and he nicely offered to re-make our sandwiches. I didn’t realize he was also remaking our whole order and gave us an additional item to say sorry as well. It’s been a long time since we went to Five Guys and prices have definitely increased. Food was good and the service was fantastic. My wife cannot eat seeds and we didn’t know their buns would have sesame seeds on them. When we got our burgers we were really bummed but they were very kind and made a lettuce leaf burger for my wife. Thank you so much for doing this!
