This seems to be a well managed restaurant. We came in, were quickly greeted by a friendly employee, and placed our order. The person working the register was clearly new but the person in charge was guiding her in a really nice, supportive way. They gave us a boat load of fries that were so perfectly cooked and seasoned. Everything was perfect and the employees were super friendly. I’ll be back even though it’s far from home.

Never had an order messed up this bad before at Five Guys. Last night we ordered two bacon cheeseburgers (one with mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes – the other with mayo, lettuce, and grilled onions) with two milk shakes for pickup.

Had a horrible experience at this location! The general manager Tiffany has the worst customer service I have ever received. My co worker came in and let it be known she was allergic to peanuts and ordered a shake. The manager refused her service but saying the place was covered in peanuts and there is no way to avoid it, she then shrugged her shoulders and began to mumble under her breath. When we asked why she couldn’t just change gloves and clean the blender first, she stated it is posted on the door about their peanut allergy policy. I read the sign and it only says to not bring peanuts out of the restaurant due to allergies, not that they can refuse service for people with allergies. I will never be back to this location and I highly recommend not eating here!

I’m giving a 3 star specifically for the customer service. They really do a good job there, acknowledging you and letting you know wait time. However the cost and product are just not a good value. A little cheeseburger was $9 and it tasted like a burger you would get at a concession stand. All fries and drinks are extra. A small fry being $4.99. I could see paying more if the taste and size was better but to pay more and have it be not be worth the higher price is a bit frustrating. We probably won’t be returning but once again the people working there really are doing a great job getting stuff out as fast as they can.

Love this location, one of the happiest managers I’ve ever seen (haven’t caught her name but she’s always great when we go in). Our orders here have always been correct, fresh and yummy. Love using the app here to order ahead. They wait till you get there to do the fries, but it’s normally a short wait

3-19-2023 ordered 5 burgers 5 shakes abd 5 frys Out of 5 burgers 3 were made to order wrong, went to get a re-fire, one burgwr had NO PATTY and the other 2 had wrong toppings. Was told by a lead member, not a manager it will be a10min remake, took 30min for it. And 1 out of 5 were still wrong. This was a 2hr project taken care of by a New Lead, not a manager. No refund, just wrong order 2nd time food. With an order over $120 a manager should of handled this, not a lead FYI. Double check your order before you leave the store. Confidence is needed to work better as a team.
