The burger was good but the fries were not crispy at all and had not much salt either, so overall I did not like them. It came out to be super expensive too. With only 3 burgers, 1 large fries and 2 drinks we spent $47..a little overpriced for the quality of the food.

The employees here were fantastic. They were enthusiastic and seemingly very content with their jobs. The food was done well and in time. Unlike some five guys’ I’ve been to in the past, my burger was done quickly AND neatly, which was a welcome change. Overall, a great experience. Also, the store was kept pretty clean, which was nice. 9.5/10

On July 8th I placed an order for delivery. My order was $44.42 total. After not receiving my order for over an hour then being notified that it was “delivered” (the doordash photo of the delivery showed a photo of food somewhere that was not my house) I called the store and spoke to someone who said the doordash driver not only delivered to the wrong house, but they also did not even grab my correct order. My food was still sitting at the store cold. I never got my food, not even the wrong food. I have called five guys 3 times since July 8th, each time being told my refund was approved and “should process in 3-5 days. After the first time I recieved an email from the manager of the Hudson store saying it was not approved because the doordash driver said they delivered it, which was not true because it was the wrong food at the wrong house…. I called and left my number to be contacted by the manager and never received a call back. I also called doordash twice to be sure they processed it on their end. I was told that doordash sent a refund to the store because it was a doordash error, so the store got the money back and I have yet to be refunded. It’s been weeks.

Was getting famished from fighting traffic thru the construction zones on 94, so I thought a 5 Guys burger would fix that. Grabbed some peanuts and ordered a bacon double, small fries n shake. Usual 5 minute wait, the music here was not obnoxiously loud.

French fries were not crispy they were very greasy. The small burger was like cardboard. The BLT was horrible. The bacon must’ve been deep-fried and sat on the counter because it was cold in tiny little pieces like they used. Bacon bits out of a jar tomato was wilty and the lettuce was nasty and way over priced
