Don’t know if five guys are skimping out on their fries.. a small used to be SO MUCH fries, but now it’s like… so little fries. I’ve been disappointed the past two times I’ve visited five guys at different locations. Not worth the money if it’s going to keep being like this. Don’t leave before checking your order. Staff was friendly, but our burgers were missing the toppings. Lettuce, tomato, and pickles were left off two burgers. Mayo was also left off one. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got home. I called the store. They offered to remake the burgers, but my family was too hungry to wait for new food. I’ve learned to make sure my order is correct next time.

The food was just ok. Ive been to five guys a lot times at different locations but this was just underwhelming for a bunch of reasons. They pulled out my fries at least 5 minutes before my food was given to me, and they were cold and flimsy. The burgers were undercooked on both parties and ran a lot of blood and grease because of that. Glad i set on weather tech mats because they left a big puddle in the 4 to 5 minute drive home. Just a bit of a disappointment after that what is probably 150 above average visits.

What’s the point of ordering online and getting there exactly when the food is supposed to be ready, if you’re just going to sit around for an additional 10 minutes anyway? App says 5-10 minutes, i show up at 10 minutes, sit around for an additional 10 minutes waiting for your food. If it’s really 15-20, that’s what it should say.

Awesome fries. Hamburgers were perfect. Staff was really friendly and they seemed to get along really well. The cashier was really nice. Worth the money. They make the orders as they get them, it’s not like fast food. It’s worth the extra wait.

Easy and smooth experience ordering on the app and picking up via the mobile order drive-thru window. The burger patties are big and I love how well the patty was grilled. All the ingredients seemed fresh. My kind of hangover burger with how big and a little messy it was. The Cajun fries are good. Salty and spicy. One regular sized fry feeds two adults perfectly. Overall a really good and tasty experience. Will order again.
