Food was great. But tables hadn’t been cleaned. Both soda machines probably had less than 30% of the soda available. Mind you, I was looking at diet coke that had 2 flavors available, barq root beer had 2 diet and then dr. Pepper all flavors out. If you follow me, I hate coke products, so I have to add something to flavor it. That’s a lots of money to pay for barqs diet vanilla root beer.

I went through the app to let the restaurant know that I was on my way and when I had arrived. I assumed it would be ready to go when I walked in. I had my toddler with me so it needed to be quick. I waited 20 minutes at the pickup when I noticed the workers playing around in the back. They had apparently not made my order. Once I got my order I had to remind them that I had a shake and another drink with my order, even though it said it right there on the receipt. After leaving, I found that the burger was not made correctly. I had added a 20% on the preorder, but won’t be doing that again. Super disappointing.

We have eaten at Five Guise over the years. But last week in Minot we got the worst fries ever. Looks like they were overcooked dark brown so crusty you could hardly eat them. I simply don’t understand why they served them you only had to look at them to see there was a problem. This is the first bad review I have given ever written. We simply trough them away. We won’t be eating there ever again.

They were fast and friendly! However there burgers are not worth the money. There paper thin just like every where else. You can see the pickles there too. Peanuts are still the best. Lol Only giving a 3 and half STARS

I’m not sure which portion of the meal I hated the most. The greasy bag the food came in, the soggy burger loaded with ketchup (Requested no ketchup), or the salty pile of mushy fries. Do yourself a favor and find a burger somewhere else.

I like to stop into here when I need a quick meal. The service is always above and beyond, but I just can’t get over the price to eat here. For a burger, drink and fries is normally $15. Crazy. Although the food is good and decent portions, I just don’t believe fast food should be worth that much, especially when competing with other fast food chains.
