The price. This food is not worth the price. There are better burgers out there. Paid 18.00 for a cheeseburger and small fry. Soggy bun. The lady on the fries dumped piping hot fries on my burger. They give extra fries because they know you won’t get full off the small burger they give you. I hope they reconsider the price of this underwhelming burger. Please go somewhere else. I’ll never go back.

Where do I begin. I was at the location on cermak, right off Harlem in Berwyn. The store was a complete mess and multiple employees acting ignorant right along with their manager as he cussed out an employee in front of everyone after belittling her. This isn’t the type of behavior I expect when going to any restaurant, yet alone from the employees. The food was okay but if these employees can’t handle the job, maybe time to look for new employees. I doubt I’ll be back to spend $30+ dollars for a burger or see another full displayed battle.. thanks but no thanks

Good food, terribly overpriced, We should all just stop going until they are forced to lower the price. It’s unreasonable. I spent 14 dollars on a burger and wasn’t even full, and couldn’t/wouldn’t get more food because everything is ridiculously priced. 20 bucks going here won’t fill one adult who is hungry. A true shame, because it is delicious.

This has to be the best burger I have had in a while! Fresh ingredients make all the difference. The place was clean and the workers were helpful in explaining the choices to us. Free peanuts while you wait for your food and good seating. Great burgers and fries! Nice atmosphere, and I’m happy to give five stars to five guys workers.
