I always place a to-go order whether directly through Five Guys or DoorDash. The restaurant is clean, service is good, and the my order is complete, correct, and delicious every time. Parking in the lot can be a bit interesting and with construction nearby, delivery has been my preferred option.

Went here the other day with my friend and couldn’t believe it. The manager Martin was being so rude to the employees for no reason. He definitely gave off a creepy vibe as well, i wouldnt want him as my manager or id be gone in an instant.

I am very use to quick & customer satisfaction service, this fast-food restaurant has been the only place to meet those expectations. Food was very fresh and hot including fries. when I order and the customer service has been fairly good but could be worked on. Keep it up! Clean and well lit, bathrooms were clean. Very helpful and very convenient very funny employees will definitely be going back to this location thank you. Fast and accurate service! Good food. The lady taking our order helped us make meal decisions that saved us money. We really appreciated that. I would definitely go back.

Found them to be very slow with a very little customer traffic in the store, only 6 customers and they were already eating. For just the two of us, ordering 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 fries, and 2 soft drinks it took 18 minutes.

Quick service and food was very good. My only complaint is the price. It was over $14 for a single cheeseburger (no bun) and a small drink. I didn’t even order fries because my friend got them for us to share. You do get a ton of fries when you order them, but the price is pretty steep for a simple burger and fries.

Fast food with a high price tag. The burgers looked like they came from McDonald’s. Very little of the toppings we asked for. I don’t think the fryer oil has been changed in a month. We sat at a table by the front windows and we smelled like a deep fryer all the way home. Don’t think they had the exhaust going.
