Stopped here the other night for a quick burger . As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. The young man at the register (not sure of his name but he had blonde hair) was really nice. He took my order promptly and the staff cooking was efficient and had my order ready in no time. The quality of the food was great as well. I really like that you can customize your burger however you want and they have plenty of options to choose from. Great experience all the way around!

Five Guys is always really good. They staff is friendly and helpful, all locations are good about my gluten intolerance and make it easy. The fries are always great. The prices feel hogh – but inflation is hitting everything, and food prices at grocery stores are high currently, too.

Food always tastes great here. But they’re super stingy on their fries. Any other 5-guys you go to adds extra in the bag. Here they barely fill the cup up. Ordered a medium fry to make up for not getting as many with a small, and I think I got less fries with a medium than a small.

Never had a problem at this shop until my visit on September 10, about 5pm. The AC was either out or turned off, so it was very warm and humid inside. I ordered 2 burgers and fries. The fries were top notch but the burgers were charred beyond recognition. Since my order was to go, I didn’t find out until I got home. The place was packed with many guests also taking food to-go. Most of the tables needed to be wiped down. They seemed to have a full staff, so I’m not sure where things went sideways.
