Five Guys has excellent food quality burgers and fries. So very delicious, and probably not healthy for you. They are also not cheap but it’s worth it every once in a while. The shakes are also delish. This restaurant has some cleanliness issues. It smells like a grill&fryer, and the tables and floor are vaguely slight slick with grease.

This Zaxby’s location is horrible. The first time I went there, the lady at the drive-through was extremely rude and didn’t give me my sauce. This time I waited in line in the drive-through for 40 minutes without it moving. The food is great most of the time, but the service is horrible. I would stay away from this location if I were you. I also do DoorDash and every time I come to pick up an order there’s a wait and I can’t even get help from an employee.

We were eating outside and I dropped a fry and when I went to pick it up…well…let’s just say I didn’t know ratatouille owned Five Guys. I felt absolutely nauseated and disgusted to see a rat RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR. To say my meal was ruined would be an understatement. I will NEVER be returning to dine at Five Guys again they have completely lost my respect and trust. Who knows how many rats are hiding inside. Check my google maps review for pictures…

I hate to do this, but something really needs to be done about this establishment my husband decided to be the one to go in to order the food paid for the food and went to wait at a table but upon sitting down he had a good chance to really look around and became very very disgusted with the people that worked in five guys aprons was so Filthy and Nasty the the tables the floors everything was filthy to the point where he got right back up went to the cashier and requested his money back and was asked by the cashier why he wanted his money back he said look around this place needs to be shut down it is filthy there is no way I will put anything in my mouth that is prepared and after telling her this she did refund the money and he walked out to the car and told me that I needed to go in and take a look-see for myself and when I say that it was disgusting and we would never return maybe not even if it’s under New Management I would not trust it the health department really needs to take a look at this establishment. Say I’m totally disappointed is an understatement. I wish I could give no stars

Food is outstanding. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. When your fries they always throw extra fries in the back for you some good small and so I get in the median get a large so I getting an extra large so you can save money on the fries because I give you so much. Bathrooms are clean food preparation areas clean service was great I highly recommend

The food was awesome, I love a good burger and what I had was excellent, so we’re the fries, soda was crisp and bubbly . The service was great. The place was clean, orderly, no complaints. I’m only giving it 3 stars because it was pretty generic and could have used some type of unique twist.
