The GM at the north location is 1 in a million. A few months back I called about a “hard bun” and he was so apologetic. I was t looking for any discount or a refund. I’ve worked in a kitcken for the past 15yrs, I know how things can go sometimes. Today I revisited the north location and he remembered who I was. He made sure my order was perfect and some. The only reason I eat five guys is because of this GM. I’ve been to the location at the mall and they are never up to par. They have more excuses than they do guests. Jeff Offet, if you read this. Your GM at the both locations needs a raise

Haven’t eaten here since the pandemic started. I’m very proud of what they’ve done to help keep everyone safe. Kitchen is surrounded with sheets of plastic barrier, every other table is marked off to not use, and the tables that are in use have paper towels and cleaner at them if you wish to use them before or after you eat. Also using a new cup for refills.

The place was empty at 1 pm on a weekday. Service was great. Food was hot and cooked well. Some tables and the floor were dirty but not terrible. There was only one drink machine working. I won’t go again simply because I feel like the pricing is too high. I realize that you can get anything you want on your burger, but it’s still just a burger. And… no ranch?!?!?! Those fries NEED ranch.

I didn’t actually buy anything here tonight, I just wanted to leave a review because I picked up a to-go order to deliver through Grubhub, and I was treated so well by the staff I just wanted to say thanks for the great customer service! First time since I started doing deliveries a couple months ago that I was offered a drink and a snack while I waited, very thoughtful staff. I was very pleased with my experience here 10/10 🙂
