Solid Snake
This is easily my favorite 5 Guys to go to. The customer service is nothing short of stellar. I’ve never run into an employee here that didn’t treat me like the President of the United States (the other ones, not the current one). This isn’t a cheap burger joint, but its not supposed to be. Its more of a high-end burger done fast. Oh, and the peanuts are free. If you haven’t given them a try, do it. You won’t regret it.

Very first time going Five Guys where I was served by a Carol and Shebly who were both very nice ladies that went above and beyond what normal servers do. Food came out quick, and I never expected a peanut butter milkshake to taste as good it did. Really captured that early American diner experience, though I just wish the food wasn’t so pricey.

I hate going to this one. They never salt their frys and their burger look like they were put together by blind children. The shake was Amazing so thats why it gave 1 star. Either these people have low standards from a 30 dollar burger and fry place or I seem to go on the day where it’s the new guys first night alone on shift. I just don’t understand….I’ll drive to the Moore store next time.

Saw someone post a picture online today of Five Guys and so I had to try it. let me tell you I am NOT disappointed. This burger is sooo yummy and they put just the right amount of seasoning on my Cajun fries on top of that the staff was really friendly and the service was fast. Definitely recommend this location to anyone who’s wanting a good burger

I haven’t had five guys in awhile and really wanted it. Burger had no seasoning and my condiments were wrong. I don’t even like McDonald’s but it would have been better. I think they offered to remake it and a refund but then doubled back on the refund. I didn’t care about getting money back I just asked if they could remake it since it is was intentional. My 1 yr old will eat ANYTHING so I have it to her so I’ll give two stars for that. I think shed give five stars but she also eats bugs so

This place is awesome! The hamburgers are juicy and so delicious. The Cajun fries are so so good. They have a drink station of a variety of flavors. The bathroom is clean.the chairs are sturdy. There is no handicapped door so being someone with you to hold door for you.
