Excellent customer service. Super fresh quality of food. Very happy to have another Five Guys to choose from. I just hope the level of consistency remains at a high level and that the dreaded “milk shake machine out of order” doesn’t strike this location like it has some others. Keep the amazing work!

It got busy just as I arrived. The wait was just a tad longer than I’d like, but not too bad. The food was very tasty but $18 for just a burger and fry? I used my Bank of America card because they had a deal (10% off), so that helped price-wise. While it was expensive, it was good and I’ll be going back when I have a taste for a good burger. Sorry the photo wasn’t better; it was a double cheeseburger with everything (the works = cheese, lettuce, pickles, tomato, raw (instead of grilled) onions, mushrooms, ketchup, mustard & mayo) and cajun fries. I had Coca-Cola at home, so it paired well with the meal.

I love burger joints… 5 Guys should be one that I love, but I just don’t. The fries are too greasy and over seasoned. The burger meat was undercooked and flavorless. Uneventful, except at the register… $30 for 2 burgers and 1 fry and 1 drink? SHEEESH!!!!

Ordered double patty, burger and hotdog with fry order. Orders the burger with six different toppings got home and there was literally just meat in a bun. Also, the hot dog had completely different toppings than what I asked for! I feel like for the price of this burger lol. They should be pay closer attention to what the customer is asking for.

The experience was fine, nothing special. The regular burger is a double meat burger which is not clear on the menu. There are no combo meals you have to order each sandwich, fries and drink. They are extremely overpriced for what you get. I spent $40 for two burgers, two small fries and two drinks. I have had burgers at gas stations that were just as good and a third the price. I ordered the cheesebuger all the way. This was an absolutely messy burger. There is no way to stay clean. The meat needed salt it had little flavor. The fries were good.
