Mediocre and extremely bland burgers and fries. The fries were so greasy they weren’t edible. Burger prepared fresh but neither burger or fries had any seasoning or flavor. Prices are too high for what you get. Service was awesome, but food taste is below average.

Ok I know it’s a chain, but it doesn’t taste like a chain. Probably my favorite major chain hamburger. I love the peanuts to eat while waiting. Hot dogs are also great. I also love the freestyle coke machine. It’s always clean. The staff is friendly and service is usually fast without a long wait.

FIRST TIME HERE!! If it’s your first time and you want to know about this place, it Has pretty over priced burgers that taste home made really nothing special about them, a regular Fry cup is ay $6.00 (does not come with the burger (chargerd separately) and drink is also separate and is about $3.00. I spent $32.00 on 2 burgers and 1 regular fry…. and it wasn’t even a big burger or a special one to be that price. Honest Opinion DONT RECOMMEND!!! W/B is better!!!!!

5 guys comes with big hype, but for the price, would expect much more moving experience. The burger was a decent burger, but not heads and tails above any other sit down burger experience. The cajun fries were the biggest let down. The seasoning was on point. But the fries were fresh made, but not crisp or crunchy at all. Saggy at best.

The burgers are pricey, so be prepared. I had the bunless burger. It was good. My other party had cheeseburgers and fries.

I didn’t care for it. $35.00 for two fast/casual burgers, 2 med fries, and 2 cokes. You could order two large pizzas for that. Seriously, go to Whataburger you could get almost 3 combos for that. The taste of the burgers was nothing special. The size of the burgers was really disappointing…… again about equal the size of a double Whataburger. Five Guys are thicker burgers but Whataburger’s are wider so I’m guessing it’s the same actual amount of beef. If you want to go somewhere fancy for burgers, go to Red Robbin at least they have all you can eat fries and dipping sauce. I was really shocked with the $35.00 price for basically two burger combos. To me if they are going to charge that much the flavor should really impress but it really fell flat in that department.

First time here and no complaints. Food was delicious and hot. The store was clean and employees were nice. Did not wait long to get our food either. Will definitely be back.

This was my 2nd trip to Five Guys. Had guests in town and wanted my grandson to check it out because of my great first experience in 2021. This visit, major disappointment. Didn’t expect to pay $9.99 each for two quarter pound bacon cheese burger and $8.89 bacon burger. Spent $40.98 for burgers, regular fries $5.99, and one regular drink. Fries were very soggy and not as delectable as my first visit last year. Meal was a major disappointment!!! Clearly paying for all the employees. Won’t return!

disgusting!!! spent about $25 for my daughter’s meal only to get home and discover this hair donation in her fries. I had her call them to notify them and whoever answered the phone replied “ok”. Extremely dismissive and rude. people work to hard to be played with when patronizing these establishments. won’t be back.
