We went to Five Guys in the Galleria Mall. I ordered a little hamburger with a drink. My husband ordered a regular burger along with french fries. We enjoyed some peanuts while we waited. The soda fountain was great since one can pick the flavors of Coke etc. I poured a vanilla Coke which was fabulous. The burgers and french fries were good.

I just wanted to recognize Avery who was cleaning up the dining area. You can tell he takes pride in his work and is very hospitable. He balanced being friendly towards guests while still cleaning efficiently and even went out of his way to check on me when he saw I had been waiting slightly longer than normal. Thanks Avery!

I went in a few days ago around an hour after opening and the burger tasted bland. I had placed an online order a while back and after trying it, it tasted amazing. But this time, the burger had no flavor even after adding my toppings. Their banana milkshake was good though, I will add.

I’m not sure how a great burger place can be this mismanaged, but this was an awful experience. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and immediately you can tell the young kids working there were not happy to see us before they closed. By the end they were joking around and just laughing at people walking by in hopes that they wouldn’t come inside.
