I had the little cheese burger and small fries. The food wasn’t very bad, but it wasn’t something I would feel I need to have. I couldn’t understand why the burger wasn’t hot it was almost cold. Most of the fries were raw. I was very disappointed.

The staff was very courteous and the gal taking orders was super sweet and friendly. The main area is clean and pleasant. Unexpectedly, the women’s bathroom needed some attention. Dust/dirt/grime on the hinges and brackets and the walls needed wiped down.

I like 5 Guys Burgers. The burgers are great and so are the fries. You can build on your burger at no extra charge and they always put more fries than normal into the bag. Had the Jr bacon cheese burger whit fried onions, mushrooms, pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes. It was tasty.

I hadn’t been to a5 guys in years. Decided to treat myself today. Small burger, fries, drink. $17. Seriously? Food was mediocre at best. Restroom was nasty- everything sticky and dirty. And I just went to wash my hands. So disappointed. I won’t go back to any of these. It’s a shame. The employees were the only bright spot.

I went today, A black lady took my order. I had to repeat the order five times for her to get it correctly then after I paid for my food she literally coughed in her gloves and she never took her gloves off while typing on the machine. I saw her and her other coworkers touching all over the food with the same gloves she coughed in. Poor hygiene, Poor customer service. You pay $40 for a burger fries and drink to receive poor quality customer service and poor hygiene! Definitely will never go back! Way to expensive for the staff to be coughing all over there gloves and touching everything while handling customers food! Smh

I hadn’t been to Five Guys in years but was in the mood for a great burger. I was COMPLETELY shocked to find a cheeseburger, small fries and medium drink was $20. The burger was average, not near as good as it use to be and the fries were cooked in old grease. The best part of the meal was the Dr Pepper which tasted great. I see now why it was empty when pre-Covid they were always packed. So very disappointed, I’ll never go back, sorry to say but no hamburger is worth that..

It’s my first time at Five Guys. When I walked in I didn’t even look at the menu. I told the gentleman that I was new and open to a recommendation. He suggested a cheeseburger with two patties. In addition he suggested a little cajun (fries) and a drink. I said SURE ring it up. The price was about $15. The wait was longer than I expected —spoiled from fast food places. Once I opened the bag at home I was surprised. The burger appears smaller than it actually is. The little fries seemed to expand to fill my entire apartment. Once I bit into the burger I realized I had been deceived. It was THICK! The fries tipped over and spread across my counter top. Wow! Five guy food density it is August 30 2018 and I am stufffffffffed! So much flavor in one small brown bag.

The place is super expensive but the food was superb. The cheeseburger and fries were both very, very good. To get hot fries is even a miracle nowadays and they had good fries. But the burger had a great taste and they made it the way I ordered it. It was not cheap at all. It is overpriced. But every once in a while you need to treat yourself. There really wasn’t any service as is in waiters but the employees were friendly and helpful if you had a question. You pretty much order, go get your drink, and then they call your number, and you go get your burger. If the burger wasn’t so good, I wouldn’t be rating the establishment so high. But it was really good!
