It seems it is getting more expensive to eat out these days and I already limit my five guys visits to about twice a year. I get a burger, fries and a drink at Chilis for 12.00. Here it was 20.00 for burger and fries. With that being said you won’t be disappointed with the goodness of the food. The fries are tasty and the burgers juicy. There’s always an abundance of fries.

1 star for the kid who took our order. The buns were not edible. We loved In n Out in SATX and this new one here is awful…no wonder there is no line at 6 pm! My kids could not even bite the edges of the burnt bread they were so hard.

First time we Stopped by cuz radio say its good we tried and loved it. You get large fries that feed 3 people and small feed 2 FYI. We had lots of fries let over. Staff were great and food was delicious. You have to try.

Nothing beats a five guys burger! The burger were very juicy and tasty. Would highly recommend. Please be advised that it is made to order so some patience would be recommended. Don’t expect the burgers out in a few seconds like McDonalds. The hand-cut potato fries and the staff friendliness exceeded my expectations.

Went today to get cheeseburger & Cajun fries. The fries were just tooooo salty. Five guys has never put that much seasoning on my fries. I stirred them up but I couldn’t even eat them. I was very unhappy.

Is this how its done in HOUSTON! This is a less than a star review. Terrible experience. I am new to the area from another stat. On Saturday evening I visited this location to get myself some dinner. I stood in line as the lady was assisting someone and there was another person standing on the side. I wasn’t sure if she was waiting to order or for her order. The cashier which seemed like a manager went to handle what seemed to be something in the kitchen. I waited patiently as no one said hello or acknowledged me as a customer. Another customer stepped to the register to order and the cashier walked over to assist him. I say to her I’ve been waiting to order she responded your picking up an order? I advised no I’ve been waiting to order. I said never mind and I exited the building.

Most definitely not worth the price. The fries were very soggy and greasy. They were also cold as if they were just sitting there. The burger was mediocre. You’re better off going to Pappas for the quality and quantity . The customer service was also subpar. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in . The cashier told me to “wait for a second “ which turned into a 10 minute wait. NEVER will I return here. If you’re reading this.. use it as a sign to not come here .
