It’s a little pricey but well worth treating yourself from time to time. I was mostly Amazed by the Cajun fries. Even the small can be shared amongst two people. That’s how they get you I think. The fries and the drinks are wicked expensive. The burgers are perfect. And you can order all kinds of cool stuff to go on them for free

I recently had an absolutely awesome experience at the Five Guys restaurant in College Station, TX. Having opened just a few months ago, the place was not overly crowded, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the sound of cool rock music filling the air, with AC/DC playing in the background. It set the perfect vibe for a burger and sandwich joint.

This is the first time I felt jipped at Five Guys. Normally you order fries and they fill the bag, but this time it was just a little more than the large cup. I paid $8 for fries that I expected would feed 3 people, but there was barely enough for one. I’m so sad to leave a bad review. Dang Five Guys! The bag full of fries is your signature!

If you’ve been to a Five Guys before, it is comparable. That is to say, it’s about as good as fast food burgers and fries can be but at a price premium. It’s early days so the staff is still training but they were all very friendly and competent and we got our food fast. I wish that it was slightly less expensive, I don’t feel that the jump in quality fully justifies how much more expensive it is than competing options. You do get a lot of food though, pictured is the regular cheeseburger all the way and a little Cajun fry. They aren’t kidding when they say to only order a little fry if you’re ordering for one person.

This is a “real hamburger patty”, it taste like you grilled it home without the trouble of firing up the pit. You need to know that a large fry is super big, two of us couldn’t finish one order of them! And we got the spicy or Cajun style fries, they are super delicious! The burger was pricey I thought,but upon biting into it I realized why. The regular hamburger is a double meat burger, so if you want less meat get the “little hamburger”, I didn’t realize this when I ordered.

This is the most boring unfriendly burger place I have ever went to.. I should have walked out when I wasn’t even greeted.. no smiles from the worker’s, no your welcome after I said thank you 3/25/22 around 4/5 pm I spent $22 on a small Burger meal with a large fry… I should have went to Top of the hill greasy burger or elsewhere.. so disappointed with the service her and very dissatisfied about my experience with 5 guys in college station on university drive.. if you hate your job then quit… It doesn’t take 5-7 people to run that slow restaurant… 3-4 FRIENDLY staff would be great!!! Food taste 4/10

This place nails the most important parts of a successful restaurant: the food is outstanding, and the restaurant is clean. The employees are friendly without being overbearing. It’s definitely not cheap, but you’re paying for good quality. I wouldn’t change anything about this place.

I am a fan of five guys to be fair to the place and I have come to accept that they are on the pricey side of fast food but if your going to charge me 50 dollars for 2 burgers one large fry and 2 shakes and not have change for a 100 it’s kind of ridiculous. As always the food was pretty good but they forgot our shakes and when I went up and asked for them with my receipt they messed them up they weren’t super busy but I can forgive them for a mess up but all the servers just seemed tired of serving me overall I’d give the food a 8/10 but the establishment a 3/10

So I usually love the customer service at Five Guys but I am fairly new to this one. I walked up to the pick up counter and the young man working looked at me and carried on shouting out orders as mine sat getting cold. I stood around for about 5 minutes and proceeded to get another employee and asked her if I was picking up in the right spot for “online orders” she said yes and proceeded to find my bag. Please train your employees better yes I may not look like everyone else in the establishment BUT I do deserve the same service since my money does spend the same!
