Ridiculous. Not a busy time, didn’t wait too long but fries are not fresh and bacons are completely burnt( they called it crispy?) patties are dry. Requested for a refund and only gift card available? Why do I want a gift card if I would never come back? Ended up the GM was trying to talk to me over the phone but I refused since HE TALKED SO LOUD ?? and I can only take the cards maybe use them someday somewhere else but not this Midland one. ( BTW we did pay for what we ate, trying not to be difficult but the whole experience was ridiculous

Not worth the money. I could barely taste the meat on my burger. There were a couple onions mixed in with my lettuce when I asked for no onions. ( I hate onions) the sprite was out of syrup. Just not worth $40 for two burgers that barely have flavor. A small fry and drinks.

Very good food. I am BEGGING Five Guys to not pass increasing product costs onto the customers. Just take the hit on profits and give us lower prices again. I wish I could eat this place every day, but it’s just too expensive to feed everyone in my family. Total price was about $88 for the whole family. I long for the days of lower prices again. I guess that’s what happens when the government reduces the value of our money by artificially injecting money into the economy. Oh well…
