I love five guys! It’s the best burger around! There are so many fresh choices for toppings! I am gluten free, so I get the lettuce wrapped burger. The toppings are so amazing they drip down my arm and it is worth all 5 napkins it takes me to eat at 5 guys! Fries are so great and fresh too.

I visited this location on August 21st with my mom and daughter and to say this was an amazing experience is an understatement. My mother had never been to 5 guys and after me telling her about how good the food was, she wanted to try it. not only the food was fresh and delicious, the staff was extremely friendly and professional. Vitalii took my order and was very careful of our Gluten Allergy request. He was friendly and welcoming! Great overall experience! Great job 5 guys and team! Please give recognition to Vitalli and others.

This is higher end than your average fast food place. You do get a lot of french fries as well, but they are getting a little pricy. $22 for a cheeseburger, regular fries, and a drink is a little high in my opinion. They also expect a tip on top of that price. Food is good though.

I think we should get an employee discount for cleaning our own table! It looked like our table hadn’t been cleaned in a while, but then, every table looked like that. The drink and condiment station was in desperate need of a cleaning rag and restocking as well. The person taking our order was a little surly when we asked her to repeat what she said because we didn’t hear her the first time. The fries were hot but not very crisp, they probably could have stayed in another 15 seconds longer. The burger was a bit dry (thank goodness for ketchup ), but not as dry as the bun it came on. We don’t normally go here because of how expensive it is, but we were kind of hangry and really needed a break from each other. We hadn’t been for a long time so we thought we would give it a try.

Enjoyed their Bacon Cheeseburger All The Way style. It had so many toppings, they practically fell off the patties and onto the wrapper, but it truly was a tasty mouthful of perfection. Keep in mind, they typically put two beef patties on their burgers unless you order any of their Little Burgers instead.

My hamburger was a little more pink today than I liked it. Some of the fries were cooked well and a few were just as cold as if they’d come out of the freezer. I suspect they had the heat too high on the fryers and thought the fries were burning, so they took them out before they were completely cooked through.

Ordered online and the food tracker showed it would be ready in 10 min. Parked in front of the place after 15 min. Noticed no customers in the store and a group of employees playing around. Went to the chicken shack next door to order an item since the Five Guys food tracker said it wasn’t ready. Thirty minutes after placing the order, still with no other customers inside, I went in and they hadn’t worked on the order yet. The employees were throwing fries at each other and blasting music. Ordered regular size fries — received little fries — and a bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños and received no bacon or jalapeños. Perhaps if the employees weren’t so busy playing around behind the counter, the food would’ve been ready on time and done correctly. Very disappointing.
