My wife just got two bacon cheeseburgers and one French-fries which are disgusting. We are eating in the car at the parking lot right away (now and writing this review )but they are cold sandwiches not even warm!! And French fries are stale.

Five Guys is one of my favs, however they have become so expensive… Over $20 just for a little bacon cheese burger, regular drink and a small Cajun fry… Love that they add an extra scoop of fries into the bag but still not an attractive price tag. Customer service was okay, guy rang me up and forgot to give me my cup, it happens but there was no one else in the store. The atmosphere gets a 3 here as the floor was sticky and every step I took felt like a creepy old house.

This location is inconsistent with the value, service, and professionalism that we usually get from the Five Guys brand. My large fries were over $8 after tax. I got them home, and after reaching into my cold fries, I discovered a hair inside. I should have realized the carelessness because another customer was complaining when I walked in about them messing up two of her burgers. So I won’t return to that location.

I enjoy Five Guys but don’t really plan on going again for a while. Paid almost $8 for a burger but only got about 3/4 of a burger (see photo). I took a few bites and was wondering why I wasn’t getting any meat in the bites I was taking. Very disappointed that I paid so much for not even a full burger.

I would not recommend going to this location at all. Five Guys is known to give extra fries at the bottom of every bag but you’ll be lucky if they even fill the cup here. I have no idea why they’re so stingy with their fries. I’ve never had this problem at any other location. Don’t go here unless you want to be ripped off.
